Welcome to Get Max Value Private Limited (“Scrapert”, “we” or “us”). These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to all users accessing services via scrapert.com and the Scrapert web application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. OVERVIEW OF SERVICES
Scrapert connects users with third-party professionals ("Service Providers") offering home and personal services. Scrapert acts only as a booking and payment facilitator and is not responsible for the actual delivery or quality of services rendered by Service Providers.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and create an account by providing accurate details. You are responsible for all activity on your account and must promptly report any unauthorized use.
3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Bookings are made through the Platform for available time slots. Charges include service fees and platform fees and may be paid through digital methods or in cash (if available). Final charges may include applicable taxes and additional fees. Cancelations are subject to Scrapert's cancelation policy.
4. SCRAPERT CREDITS
Scrapert may issue promotional credits, which are non-transferable, non-cashable, and may expire. Misuse or unauthorized distribution of credits may result in account restrictions.
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree to treat Service Providers respectfully and provide a safe environment. Abuse, discrimination, or unsafe conditions can result in denied services and account termination. Misconduct by providers should be reported within 48 hours to grievanceofficer@scrapert.com.
6. USER CONTENT AND PRIVACY
You may submit reviews or feedback ("User Content") via the Platform. By doing so, you grant Scrapert permission to use this content for operational and promotional purposes. Personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
7. PLATFORM RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
Use the Platform for illegal activities.
Copy, distribute, or modify content.
Interfere with system integrity or security.
Solicit services outside the Platform.
8. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Scrapert does not guarantee service quality or availability. Issues with services must be resolved directly with the Service Provider. We are not liable for disruptions or damages related to services booked through the Platform.
9. TERMINATION
Scrapert may suspend or terminate your access for policy violations or misuse. You may also close your account by notifying us.
10. LIABILITY & WARRANTY
All services are offered "as-is". Scrapert is not responsible for damages arising from use of the Platform or services. Our liability is limited to INR 10,000 or the platform fee for the affected booking.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Scrapert harmless from any claims or disputes arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14. MISCELLANEOUS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies your acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain enforceable. You may not assign your rights without our consent.
By continuing to use Scrapert services, you agree to these revised and condensed Terms.
